Monthly water testing for total coliform and E.coli are in compliance, i.e. bacteria were absent in the collected sample. Engineering is complete on the middle well and ADEQ permits and Approval of Construction are complete.
2026 Annual Water dues were mailed January 1, 2026. Tall Pine Water Board voted to increase water fees in August 2025 to increase reserves for water maintenance and repairs due to increasing costs associated with outsourcing the work. Annual water fees increased from $42 to $50 per month ($600 annual fee), water transfer fee from home sales from $2000 to $3000, and water hookup fees for new builds from $5000 to $6000.
The annual water meeting is typically the second Saturday in August. We will provide the specific date once it is set and the Mormon Lake Fire Station is reserved. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns.
