Annual General Meeting Recap

The 2025 annual water meeting was held on August 16, 2025. Jeff Haupricht resigned as Water Manager, as he sold his home in Tall Pine Estates in July 2025. The middle well is producing about 2 to 4 gallons of water per minute, but goes dry after about 45 minutes of pumping. There is a well saver on the pump to shut it off when water runs out. The Matrix Engineering hydrologist has predicted that the well will produce more when the constant pumping begins, and it may produce more per minute.

Anglers Loop project to replace water lines was completed in November 2024, and one more hydrant was added on Anglers Loop. There are now 10 total fire hydrants in Tall Pine Estates.
